Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 19, 2026

Sigma Funding Group (“Sigma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through sigmafundinggroup.com (the “Site”) and when you apply for or use our commercial financing services, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.

This policy applies to information collected through the Site, our application and proposal process, and our ongoing servicing of invoice factoring, asset based lending, AR funding, and DIP financing relationships. It is directed at business contacts, business owners, and authorized representatives who interact with us on behalf of a company, not at individual consumers seeking personal or household financing.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you submit a form, request a proposal, or apply for financing, we may collect your name, business name, phone number, email address, industry, monthly invoice volume, and other details about your business. If your application moves forward, we may also collect financial statements, accounts receivable aging reports, invoices, customer lists, bank statements, and other documentation needed to underwrite and service a facility.

Information about your customers. Because our products are secured by or tied to your accounts receivable, we also collect information about the customers whose invoices you propose to factor or finance, including company names, contact details, invoice amounts, and payment history. We use this information solely to evaluate and service the financing relationship.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and the analytics, advertising, and hosting providers described in Section 5 may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit, typically through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5 below.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you or your business from credit reporting agencies, public records, business information providers, and referral partners, in order to verify the details you have provided and assess creditworthiness.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Evaluate, underwrite, and process your application or proposal request
  • Verify your identity and the creditworthiness of your business and your customers
  • Communicate with you about your inquiry, application, or an active facility, by phone, text, or email
  • Prepare, execute, and administer any resulting factoring, ABL, AR funding, or DIP financing agreement, including UCC filings and Notice of Assignment where applicable
  • Reconcile reserves, collections, and fees under an active facility
  • Send you marketing communications about our services, where permitted, which you may opt out of at any time
  • Maintain the security, performance, and functionality of the Site
  • Comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, and legal process
  • Detect and prevent fraud

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for monetary payment. We may share information as follows:

  • Funding and capital partners. With banks, participants, co lenders, or other capital sources involved in funding or servicing your facility.
  • Verification and credit services. With credit reporting agencies, UCC search and filing services, and identity verification providers, in order to underwrite and monitor your account.
  • Service providers. With vendors who host the Site, provide analytics, process communications, or otherwise support our operations, under obligations to protect your information.
  • Advertising and sales intelligence providers. Through the Meta Pixel and the Apollo website tracker on the Site, Meta and Apollo receive information about your visit, such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view. We use this to measure our advertising and to learn which companies visit the Site. Meta and Apollo may also use this information under their own privacy policies. Under some state privacy laws, this may count as “sharing” personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. You can turn it off at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page.
  • Your customers. Where required to service a factoring arrangement, such as sending a Notice of Assignment directing payment to Sigma.
  • Legal and regulatory purposes. Where required by subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of some or all of our assets, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.

4. Communications Choices

If you no longer wish to receive marketing calls, texts, or emails from us, you may tell us directly using the contact information in Section 12, or use the opt out or unsubscribe option included in a given communication. Communications necessary to service an active financing agreement, such as notices about your facility, are not considered marketing and may continue for the duration of that relationship.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies in three groups:

  • Essential. Technologies that operate core features, such as forms, the Capital Estimator, and other calculators, and that remember your privacy choices. These are always on.
  • Analytics. Google Tag Manager and the Google analytics tags it runs, which show us how visitors use the Site.
  • Advertising and sales. The Meta Pixel, which measures our advertising, and the Apollo website tracker, which shows us which companies visit the Site.

Analytics and advertising technologies are on by default. You can turn either group off at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. Your choice is saved in your browser, so it applies only to that browser and device and must be set again if you clear your browser data.

The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control browser signals. To opt out, use the Your Privacy Choices page.

Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect how parts of the Site function.

6. Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, particularly the financial and business information submitted during underwriting. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you provide to us or that we collect.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal and business information for as long as needed to evaluate your inquiry, service an active facility, meet our legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary depending on whether a financing relationship was established and the nature of the underlying records.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you or your business are located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual limits (for example, records we are required to keep in connection with an active or former financing agreement).

California residents. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. The Meta Pixel and Apollo website tracker described in Section 5 may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. You can opt out of that sharing at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page. To exercise your other rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.

To submit any privacy request, please contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act on behalf of a business before completing a request.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

The Site may contain links to third party websites or resources. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy practices separately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting an active financing agreement will be handled under the terms of that agreement, not solely through an update to this page.
