Funding timelines depend on the type of financing, your business profile, and the documents provided. Onboarding typically takes 24–48 hours from signup. After that, invoices you submit are funded the same day.
Our team works to make the process simple and efficient. We assess your needs, review eligibility, and match you with the most suitable funding solution as quickly as possible.
The faster we receive complete and accurate information, the faster we can move your application forward and help you access the capital you need.
No hard minimum, but factoring pencils out best once you’re moving a steady and predicable amount in invoices a month.
Below that, the fees can outweigh the cash-flow benefit. If you’re close, reach out and we’ll run the numbers with you.
Our standard agreement runs 12 months — that’s what lets us really invest in your account and build the kind of relationship where we can move fast for you when it matters.
If you’d rather see how we work together first, we’re happy to start with a trial period before committing to the full term.
Yes, and it’s more routine than most people expect. When we fund an invoice, we send your customer a standard Notice of Assignment directing payment to us. Their AP team has almost certainly seen one before; a large share of B2B vendors factor at least part of their receivables, so it’s a normal line item in commercial payments, not an unusual one.
If anything, it signals the opposite of financial trouble — it tells your customer you’re managing cash flow proactively, which is exactly the kind of vendor they want to keep working with. This is one of the questions we get most, and once people hear how common it is, it stops being a concern.
No. Sigma factors on a recourse basis. Non-recourse factoring costs more, and it only covers a customer that goes bankrupt or becomes insolvent. A customer who pays late, never pays, or disputes the work is still your problem.
If you want protection from a customer who doesn't pay, add optional credit insurance to your recourse account. It covers non-payment per the policy terms, which is more than non-recourse covers. Reach out to us today to discuss it.
